SMARTair® i-max Standalone Escutcheon

SMARTair® Standalone
This basic version of SMARTair® manages access to a single door. Requiring no software or programming device, it relies on a programming card to authorize or cancel electronic access cards and/or PINs.

• Multi-authentication RFID only
• Reading distance 2cm to 4cm read/write distance with standard RFID credentials
• Non-volatile memory. The escutcheon can be programmed to operate in 2modes:
  • Standard programming for 500 cards
  • Shadow programming for 250 cards + 250 shadows
• Key override (570 Oval cylinder not included)
• Compatible with Lockwood Selector® 3780 series NO HUB DISC mortice locks with varying backsets (not included)
• Accepts 7.6mm spindles. Spindle is dismountable, for flexibility in field (STCCSPIAKIT3844 included to suit 38mm to 44mm door thickness)
• Suitable for timber or aluminium doors
• Medium to high traffic volume
• High retrofit (compatible with most common mortise locks) drilling, no cabling
• Doors from 30mm up to 110mm (thicker doors may be possible on request)
• Easy battery change
• Battery (from 60,000 to 80,000 cycles)*1 maximum 2 years standby*2
• Type of batteries: 3 LR03 AAA 1.5V alkaline batteries

Operating modes
Standard default operating mode. Freewheeling handle until valid credential presented then connects to spindle when access is granted and allows to open the door for 4 seconds. Free exit, internal handle always opens door.
Passage mode. Escutcheon is always in open mode. Free exit, internal handle always opens door.

The SMARTair® special design and technology provides an entirely new level of functionality when compared to mechanical keys and cylinders or wired online access control systems.
