ASSA ABLOY has provided a solution for homeowners who desire safe outdoor flow without the hassle of a fence between the house and swimming pool; the Lockwood L7714 Sliding Door Closer incorporates innovative and modern design. When used with a suitable self latching device fitted 1500mm above the floor level (latch SSL710 included in box) the Lockwood 7714 Sliding Door Closer is compliant with The Fencing of Swimming Pools Act 1987. this means the homeowner can have safety and outdoor flow without the hassle of a fence between the house and the swimming pool.

Adapting technology from Lockwoods well-known hinged hydraulic door closers and applying the concept to sliding doors, the Lockwood L7714 Sliding Door Closer is hydraulically controlled and can be installed on new doors or retrofitted to most existing doors. Providing safety and convenience, the closer has been designed for easy use and is available in the popular millennium silver finish.
