Lorient LAS9050 Finger Guard Seals

Trapping fingers in hinged doors can cause horrendous injuries. The risk is especially high in locations where young children are present. The Lorient LAS9050 Finger Guard Seals provide a deterrent barrier that shields both sides of the hinged door jamb.

This medium duty finger guard seal for the hinge knuckle side of the door is part of a system that provides a shield to trapping fingers in hinged doors, which can cause horrendous injuries. Combine it with the Lorient LAS9070 Finger Guard Seal on the hinge cavity side for a complete system.

Features

• Protection may be provided by using the LAS9050 on the hinge knuckle side and the LAS9070 to the reveal side (not included)
• LAS9070 (not included) includes unique, integral acoustic sealing fins and may be used in conjunction with the LAS7001 si and LAS8001 si to create a comprehensive acoustic sealing and finger protection system
• Jambs of hinged doors - hinge knuckle side. LAS9070 can be used on doors with an opening of 180°
• Standard lengths 2750mm
• Supplied in trade pack

Fixing
Fixing screws are supplied. Fixing holes are pre-drilled and slotted to allow the seals to be adjusted and positioned accurately. A PVC cover strip to conceal fixings is supplied.
Note: Do not use LAS9050 on 180° opening door.

Durability: Tested over 200,000 full opening and closing cycles without any sign of degradation.
