D&D SURECLOSE® CONCEALFIT WELD BOX Kit

The new D&D SureClose ConcealFit Steel Weld Box Kit contains four weld-on boxes to install the hinge and hinge-closer for a swing gate. The kit includes two Post-Side Boxes For Hinge and Hinge-Closer, one Gate-Side Box For Hinge and one Gate-Side Box For Hinge-Closer. These boxes works in conjunction with one another to protect the hinge and hinge-opener.

To install, weld the boxes to the gate and post to suit the profile of the fence. One Post-Side Box For Hinge and Hinge-Closer is installed at the top of the post, while the other is installed at the bottom. The Gate-Side Box For Hinge is then installed at the top of the gate, level with the Post-Side Box For Hinge and Hinge-Closer. The Gate-Side Box For Hinge-Closer is welded to the gate, level with the bottom Post-Side Box For Hinge and Hinge-Closer. Once the weld boxes are securely in place, the hinge and hinge-closer are then inserted into the boxes. The boxes' durable aluminum construction protects the interior components from impacts and helps maintain reliable gate operation.
