Whitco Spring Sash Window Balance

The Whitco Spring Sash Window Balances have been designed to suit both aluminium and timber frame double hung windows. This item is designed to assist in the smooth sliding operation of both top and bottom window panels featuring narrow, fully sealed variable pitch spiral and torsion spring balance and foot systems.

Spring window balances are an essential component in opening and holding sliding windows. This balance uses springs to help keep your sash window in balance; it is easy to install and use, and is very effective at keeping your sash window in balance.
