Whitco Spiral Sash Window Balance Accessory

The Whitco Spiral Sash Window Balances have been designed to suit both aluminium and timber frame double hung windows. This item is designed to assist in the smooth sliding operation of both top and bottom window panels featuring narrow, fully sealed variable pitch spiral and torsion spring balance and foot systems.

Spiral window balances are an essential component in opening and holding sliding windows. This balance contains a spiral-shaped rod. Which goes into a tube containing the tension spring. Adjust the tension for each window support, by winding the spring (using a tensioning tool).

The Whitco Tension Key is used to apply and set the correct tension on the spiral balance andto lock the adjustable spiral into Adjustable and TFD feet.
